XZYLEARN
NDT training platform

Terms of Service

Version 2.2 · Effective 29 September 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the XZYLEARN platform you agree to these Terms. Access is provided to organizations and their learners — by invitation, by a trial code, or by a school code issued to an education tenant — and is always scoped to that organization (tenant). Organizations are administered by XZYLEARN.

2. Accounts & access

Accounts are created through a single-use, expiring invitation, a trial code, or a school code. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Passwords are hashed with Argon2 and never stored in plain text. Sessions use short-lived access tokens with revocable refresh tokens.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the platform only for legitimate training, qualification and competency activities within your organization. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations; tenant isolation is enforced server-side at the database level.

4. Content & certificates

Course content is curated and maintained centrally by XZYLEARN. A certificate issued here records the completion of training and the passing of its written examination. It is a training record, not a personnel certification: qualification and certification under SNT-TC-1A or any other scheme remain the responsibility of your employer. Certificates and training records remain the property of your organization.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” during this foundation phase. XZYLEARN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes are published on this page with a new version number and effective date; continued use of the platform after that date is acceptance of the updated Terms. When an account is created from an invitation, acceptance of the then-current version is recorded with its version, date, IP address and device.
